Preserving Homes. Strengthening Communities.

Across the Western United States.

Sunrise Housing Group partners with communities to acquire, preserve, and revitalize affordable housing, ensuring individuals and families have access to safe, stable homes for generations to come.

OUR MISSION

Expanding Housing Opportunities.

Sunrise Housing Group is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding, preserving, and protecting quality housing for very low-, low-, and moderate-income households throughout the Western United States.

We partner with mobile home parks, multifamily communities, single-family neighborhoods, and senior housing providers to create long-term stability, prevent displacement, and strengthen communities through strategic partnerships.

WHAT WE DO

Preserve Affordable Housing

Preserve Existing Communities

We acquire and protect existing housing communities before they are lost to redevelopment or rising market pressures, helping ensure long-term stability for current and future residents.

Rehabilitate Properties

We invest in aging properties by improving infrastructure, enhancing safety, and modernizing homes while maintaining long-term affordability and preserving each community's character.

Prevent Displacement

By extending affordability restrictions and partnering with local governments and housing organizations, we help residents remain in the neighborhoods they call home.

OUR IMPACT

Preserving Housing. Building Stronger Communities.

Our work creates lasting benefits that extend far beyond individual properties. By preserving quality housing and investing in neighborhoods, we help communities remain vibrant, resilient, and accessible for generations to come.
